Room Prices for 2008 at Central Guesthouse:

- Family Room: £70.00 for 2 Adults & 2 Children
- Double Room: £50.00
- Twin Room: £50.00
- Single Room: £30.00

To secure the booking of the room(s), a ten-pound deposit is required. The deposit can be paid on the secure server of our website at http://www.centralguesthouse.com. Payment can be made by credit card, but debit card payments will incur an additional 3% charge. We do not accept cheques.

Please note that a 5-day cancellation notice is required. If the room(s) are not cancelled within the cancellation policy, the full amount of money will be charged for the booked room(s) and day(s).

If the booking is made through an agency, the cancellation must be made with them. Failure to cancel with the agency will result in being charged the full amount for the booked room(s) and day(s).

All account(s) must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival. We do not accept cheques. A full or vegetarian breakfast is included in the price.

To reach Central Guesthouse from Birmingham International Airport or the International Railway Station, you can take a black cab taxi just outside of the terminal, or catch the (900) bus which runs every half hour. When on the bus, ask the driver to inform you when you reach the Swan Centre, as we are a short walk down the road.

If you are arriving by car, from junction (4 M6) or junction (6 M42) heading for Birmingham International Airport, continue straight on at the overhead set of traffic lights at Sheldon and Wheatsheaf Hotel. Keep going up the hill, passing Macdonalds and Mr Spice Pub & Restaurant until you see a row of shops. We are located in the pull-in on the left after the row of houses and the clay lane pedestrian crossing.

If you are coming from Birmingham City Centre, you can catch the (58 or 60) bus from the bus stop near Marks & Spencer's Store. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Swan Centre Yardley.

Some local places to visit include Blaksley Hall, Sea Life Centre, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor Park & Zoo, The Old Black Country Museum, Warwick Castle, and Stratford upon Avon. For a map and directions to Central Guesthouse, please visit our website at http//www.centralguesthouse.com.

Central Guesthouse Access Introduction:

At Central Guesthouse, we aim to cater to the needs of most visitors in our home-based 5-bedroom guesthouse. However, please be aware that there may be some exceptions due to the construction of the building, which may pose restrictions. Our provision is summarized below, but if you have any specific questions, feel free to call us at Tel: 0121 7067757.

- There are 2 large 7" steps up to the front porch, followed by another 7" step into the front entrance of the hallway.
- All bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. Access to the first-floor bedrooms requires climbing 16 steps to a small landing. Second-floor bedrooms are reached by an additional fifteen steps and a small landing. Please note that there is no lift available.
