Welcome to Villa "Les Palmiers". Originally the residence of the estate steward, this 82m2 villa has undergone a complete renovation, transformation, and tasteful furnishing. With all modern amenities, a designated parking space, and a private garden, your comfort is our top priority. The villa boasts 2 bedrooms, one with a standard double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a luxurious king-size bed (180x200cm), a cozy lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a contemporary bathroom with a shower unit, and a separate WC. Additionally, there is a charming veranda/dining room, a terrace, a barbecue area, a laundry room, and air conditioning to ensure your utmost convenience.As our guest, you will have access to shared tennis courts and a refreshing swimming pool. The functional layout and pleasant ambiance of the villa make it an ideal accommodation for up to 4 people. Directions to reach Castell Rose:
By car: Take motorway A9 and route nationale N116 from Perpignan. When you reach the entrance of Prades, follow the signs for Prades centre and continue straight, crossing Prades. Look for the sign for Hôtel de Ville and turn left onto route de Ria, a long straight road with plane trees on the left side. After about 200m, turn left onto a narrow road between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra: Take N116 to the entrance of Prades. After passing the supermarket Lidl, turn right and continue for about 500m. Then, turn right onto a small road.
By plane: The closest airport is Perpignan, which is approximately 30 minutes away. Alternatively, Gerona airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
By train: The Prades station is located 1 km away and provides connections to main train lines in Perpignan.
