Description for B&B:

We have a room available that can sleep up to three people. It includes a comfortable bed measuring 160x200 and another bed measuring 90x190. Bed sheets are provided. We also have a crib, high chair, and baby changing mat available for those with young children. The room has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a spacious closet for your belongings.

In addition to the room, we offer a former stable that has been converted into a 45m2 space. This includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a living and sleeping area. The sleeping area has a BZ bed and a single bed, both with linens provided. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary kitchenware. Other amenities in this space include an iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi.

For those staying in our cottages, we provide breakfast in the apartments.

The rates for our bed and breakfast are as follows:
- €65 for one person per night, including breakfast
- €80 for two persons per night, including breakfast
- Children up to 12 years old are charged €25 per night
- Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Located in an old farmhouse, the "Eure Cottage and Barn" offers two fully restored apartments, the "Cottage Rouen", which are independent from the main house and outbuildings. With their own entrance and access to a shared courtyard with four apartments, these accommodations are ideal for hosting families or small groups of 2 to 12 people.

The first apartment, a charming converted barn from 1873, features a spacious suite that will undoubtedly captivate you. It includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional single bed, a private shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed and an extra single bed, and a private terrace. The apartment also provides amenities such as a baby cot and high chair.

The second apartment, accredited with 3 keys from Clévacances and a 3-star rating from the prefecture, offers comfortable and quiet accommodation. It consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a massaging shower jet, a separate toilet, a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer, and a large closet. The apartment also features a former stable, which has been converted into a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area. The lounge includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The apartment is equipped with household amenities such as a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchenware, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, TV, and wifi. Additional amenities such as a baby cot, high chair, and changing mat are available upon reservation.

The rental charges include 8 kW of electricity per day and water, but any excess usage of electricity beyond 8 kilowatts per day is not included in the price. Towel rental (including one bath towel, one towel, and one glove) is available at an additional cost of 5 € per person. Cleaning services can be arranged for an optional fee of 150 €.

The "Cottage Rouen" is a duplex apartment located on the first floor, above the "Eure Cottage". It features three bedrooms and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, sink with storage, and a changing table, and a living room with a cathedral ceiling. The apartment also provides a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Similar to the other apartment, amenities such as a baby cot, high chair, and changing mat can be reserved free of charge.

Nous tenions à remercier les propriétaires pour l accueil fait à notre familles lors de la location. Ils ont trouvé de superbes gîtes tout équipé et très propre dans un cadres idyllique et reposant . Directions

To get to your destination from Paris, take the A13 and exit at N° 18 (Louviers). Head towards the Arch Bridge and continue for 5 miles. Then, take a right turn towards St Vauvray stone.
