I am thrilled to invite you to my recently built house in Boucau, featuring a serene garden adorned with greenery and flowers.

Please note that this announcement is only valid for the months of July and August, and the price indicated is per night for each room.

Conveniently located near:
- Bus stop
- Bayonne city center and train station, just a 5-minute drive away
- Beautiful beaches only 10 minutes away
- Biarritz airport reachable within 20 minutes
- Spain a short 25-minute drive away

I am more than happy to provide you with information about this stunning region and assist you with any tourist queries to ensure you have an incredible stay.

*** The Rooms
I offer three delightful and comfortable bedrooms, all situated on the upper floor.
Each room is fully equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and fiber internet connection:
- The "SECRETS" bedroom (Room No.1, decorated in blue) features a spacious 160 cm bed and overlooks the garden.
- The "DREAMS" room (Room No.2, adorned in golden hues) offers a cozy 140 cm bed and a balcony with garden views.
- The "TALES" room (Room No.3, decorated in grey) provides either two 80 cm beds or a combined 160 cm bed.

The room rate is based on double occupancy (maximum two people per room).
You have the option to reserve one, two, or all three bedrooms, accommodating a total of six people.

Household linen, towels, and toiletries are provided, and there is a tumble dryer and washing machine available on-site for an additional fee.

The toilets are shared, and smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation (smoking is permitted outside).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that it is not the entire house that is available for rent.
- During July and August, the minimum rental period is two nights, or you can opt for a weekly rental. Monthly rentals are only available from September to June.

*** Meals for Guests:
You have the option to bring your own breakfast.
Alternatively, I offer a breakfast package for an additional charge of 7 per person (please reserve in advance). The breakfast includes coffee, tea, herbal tea or hot chocolate, toast or brioche, butter and jam, and fruit juice.
Please note that breakfast is the only meal available on-site.

- Outdoor activities can be arranged upon request, such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons.

- Parking is available in front of the house.
