The carefully furnished two-room apartment measures 30m² and can comfortably accommodate four people. It is conveniently located in the quiet center of Pornichet, close to the sea, market, and shops. The apartment features two convertible sofas that easily transform into high-quality and comfortable beds. The recently renovated bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink providing hot and cold water, a three-burner hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and complete cookware. Additionally, there are various amenities available such as an iron, vacuum cleaner, and television.
In the vibrant city of Pornichet, you will find a wide range of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities to enjoy. Please note that household linen, including sheets and towels, is not provided. There is a flat rate of 50 for cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces, and a deposit of 300 will be required.
