Alternatively, relax in the deck chairs provided in the shared 4 acre park-garden, designed in the charming English style. This park-garden is home to over 250 varieties of trees and shrubs, and has been a sanctuary for more than 50 species of birds.

The south-facing living room spans 23m² and features a cozy sitting area with a Chesterfield settee and club chairs, a TV, and HiFi system. Adjacent to this is a delightful dining area with a large, comfortable dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen, measuring 14m², includes vitro-ceramic cooking rings, a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, microwave, and all the necessary small appliances. You can expect nothing but quality plates and dishes for your meals, and there is also a breakfast table and chairs.

The beautifully tiled bathroom boasts an Italian style shower area, wash-basin, toilet, and washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms measuring 14m² and 19m² respectively. Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes, and one room has a double bed while the other has two single beds. There is a toilet and wash-basin on the landing, along with an iron, ironing table, and vacuum cleaner for your convenience.

Directions

If you are coming from the north or the east on the A67 motorway, take exit N° 7 at Agen. Once you pass through the toll gate, make a left turn and continue on the D931 for 38 kms until you reach Condom. Drive through the town, following the signs for “Eauze” and “Pau”. About halfway through the town, you will cross the river Baïse. After crossing the stone bridge, continue for about 100 meters until you reach a roundabout. Take the left exit at the roundabout and continue for about 400 meters. On your left, you will see a hardware store called “OUTILMARCHE”. Right across from the store, take a right onto the D114 road following the sign for “Fourcès 12”. After driving for 2.8 km, you will see a sign on your right that says “Lascabanes Ouest”, marking the entrance to your holiday spot.
