We invite you to experience our spacious area of over 50m², exclusively dedicated to your comfort. Conveniently located on the ground floor, you will have private access allowing you the freedom to come and go as you please. This area consists of two interconnected rooms, accommodating up to four guests and a baby.The Loire room offers a cozy double bed and a small desk, with the option of a cot if needed. The Louet room features two comfortable single beds. Additionally, there is a dressing room, a separate toilet, and a bathroom equipped with a wash basin, plush bath towels, a hair dryer, and extra towels for your convenience.
One of the rooms opens up to a charming south-facing garden, providing the perfect setting for a delightful breakfast. A small sitting area with two armchairs is also available, where you can peruse our collection of books on Anjou, as well as some classic literature. Brochures and tourist information are also provided for your reference.
We have meticulously restored this entire space to preserve its authenticity while ensuring your utmost comfort during your stay.

From PARIS: Take the A11 towards NANTES. After the toll, continue towards Angers and then follow the signs for Cholet / LA ROCHE SUR YON (A87).
1. On the A87, take exit 22 towards Murs-Erigne Centre (D748).
2. At the first traffic light, turn right towards the bridges.
3. At the second traffic light, turn left towards St. John of the Cross (D132).
4. Continue straight along the Loire River on the lifting of St. John of the Cross for about 5 kilometers.
5. Look for the signs for Boire Growing / The verdelets / Port Gaurion / Down Village - Fire.
6. Take a left and then a second left at the bottom of the cul de sac, and you will arrive at your destination, Small Drink.
From ANGERS Downtown:
1. Head southeast on Boulevard du Roi René towards Rue Talot.
2. Continue onto Rue Paul Bert. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Rabelais.
3. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Av de Lattre de Tassigny.
4. Take the exit towards Les Ponts-de-Ce Centre.
5. Continue straight on rue David d'Angers and Rue Victor Hugo.
6. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Charles de Gaulle Bridge.
7. Follow Dumnacus and at the end of the bridge, turn right onto St. John of the Cross.
8. Continue along the Loire River on the lifting of St. John of the Cross.
9. After about 4 kilometers, look for the signs for Growing Drinking / The verdelets / Port Gaurion / Lower Village - Fire Reserve.
