Rooms for Rent at "Chez Nina THUREY"Experience a warm welcome from Nina as she opens her home to guests in TOURS, a town nestled between the city and countryside. Conveniently located near Place de la Liberté, Avenue de Grammont, and various attractions including the bus and tram stations, Town Hall, SNCF train station, Tourist Office, old Tours, and the vibrant Place Plumereau with its array of restaurants.
To ensure availability on your desired dates, please contact the owners. The ground floor offers a cozy 12 m² bedroom for 1 or 2 people, featuring a courtyard-facing window. The room is equipped with a comfortable electric relax box spring bed measuring 2 x 80 x 200. Adjacent to the bedroom, you will find a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC. The house is equipped with free electric heating throughout and amenities such as a ceiling fan, wardrobe, table, desk, chairs, and a flat-screen TV.
Additionally, on the first floor, upon request, a second bedroom for three people can be provided. If necessary, a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people is available on the adjacent mezzanine, with an additional charge per person per night.
Children aged 4 to 12 years old receive a half-price rate, while children under 4 stay for free (parents must bring a cot). A hearty French breakfast is included and served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. in the dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting. The breakfast includes unlimited servings of orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, croissants, buttered bread, rusks, and homemade jams.
For your convenience, free parking is available in our courtyard, and we also offer a garage for bicycle storage. The tourist tax is included, and free WIFI is provided. Bed sheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries are all provided.
Check-in is available between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and on Sundays and public holidays, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you anticipate arriving later, please inform us in advance. Kindly provide us with your estimated arrival time to avoid any inconvenience.
Access to your room is available at all times. On the morning of your departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning.
Please note that, for health, hygiene, and allergy reasons, we cannot accommodate pets. We kindly ask that you respect the current sanitary conditions.
Reservations must be made exclusively by post or email, including your address and a reachable telephone number. No telephonic reservations will be accepted without written confirmation (letter or email). Payment for your stay can be made by bank check or cash (preferred) during your stay.
For multi-night reservations, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required. This can be paid via check addressed to Mrs. Nina THUREY at 4 impasse Saint Germain 37000 TOURS, or through a bank transfer (IBAN number available upon request).
As we are not a business entity, we regretfully cannot accept credit cards or holiday vouchers. Only checks and cash are accepted.
