Come and experience the endless days of May and June in LaGachere, where warm and sunny weather awaits you. LaGachere is a one-of-a-kind house with a charming bucolic style. Nestled in the hamlet of La Gachere in Brem/Mer, it sits on an ocean inlet called l'Auzance, with the beautiful wild beaches of Gabelous and Sauveterre just a stone's throw away.

The house features a fully-equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Transportation is convenient, with drop-off in front of the house and parking available 150m away. You can enjoy the serene private garden that overlooks the river, perfect for fishing, swimming, and absolute tranquility. Additionally, there are 2 bikes available for your use, and you can easily reach nearby shops by foot or bike. Cleaning, sheets, and towels are included in the price. Please note that the house does not have heating.

Despite its age, this fisherman's house offers modern comforts while preserving the hamlet's character. Your bedroom, fitted with a new high-comfort double bed (160), is located upstairs, while the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom are on the ground floor.

The house's garden is designed with three level terraces and offers direct access to the Auzance ocean inlet. You can enjoy a delightful breakfast at sunrise or a BBQ aperitif at sunset. The inlet is perfect for swimming during high tide, boasting clean sea water, and also offers opportunities for fishing various species such as bass, mullet, and eels.

Don't miss the chance to try prefou and a dozen oysters at La Cabane, located nearby in the marshes, as the sun sets. It's a truly fantastic experience! The nearby quiet and untamed beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away, making them ideal for swimming and surfing. For a more lively atmosphere, Les Sables d'Olonne/St. Gilles Croix de Vie is only 12km away!

LaGachere guarantees you a unique and unforgettable stay in a peaceful and bucolic setting. You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, garden with its three terraces, and the private arm of the sea. The house is exclusively rented to a maximum of two people, and I, the owner, will be the only other person in the house, ensuring your comfort and privacy.

Each morning, a hearty breakfast will be provided at no extra charge, and in the evening, you can enjoy a snack or aperitif.

La Gachere is a haven for surfers and body surfers, whether beginners or experienced, with a variety of nearby spots to choose from. Surf schools are available, so be sure to book in advance. You can experience the wild surf in Sauveterre or Killer, or enjoy a friendly surf at Les Gabelous. Some beaches offer surf rental options, such as Les Dunes or Les Granges.

Located in the heart of the Gachere hamlet, on the banks of the Auzance inlet, La Gachere is a historic whaling port dating back to the 16th century, exuding charm and a typical coastal atmosphere. Enjoy absolute tranquility in this hamlet, where the atmosphere is joyful and festive.

Although there are no shops in the hamlet, everything you need is conveniently located nearby, including supermarkets (including a Biocop just 600m away) and local farmers markets. There is also a snack bar and chip shop in the vicinity.
