Exclusive contact: zero five fifty three zero nine zero six thirty oneLocated at the foot of the ski slopes in the Mourtis ski resort in the Pyrenees, this countryside cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 12 to 14 people all year round. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, six rooms, two toilets, a shower, and a television. Situated at an altitude of 1,500 meters, it is only 8 km away from Happy St and 13 km from the border. Guests can enjoy skiing on the slopes, ski touring, mountain biking, tennis, excursions, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, and other outdoor activities. The cottage is available for free throughout the year. During the winter season, the rental fee is 800 euros per week (1600 euros during school holidays), while in the summer it is 650 euros per week. For other periods, the rental fee is 500 euros per week. All utilities are included in the price.
