Nestled in a serene corner of paradise, this charming loft is situated in a traditional Ardèche farmhouse, offering a tranquil retreat for two people. Available for rent from April to October 2022, La Grange d'ArtDèche is a beautifully renovated 50 m2 barn, exuding a contemporary ambiance while still preserving its authentic charm. With a thoughtfully curated display of artworks by modern artists and trendy decor, this loft features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeping area, a cozy living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The large terrace, surrounded by a private garden and offering uninterrupted views, allows you to unwind in complete privacy.Tucked away at the rear of our lovingly restored farmhouse, this independent loft provides a peaceful escape, nestled between the mountains and the forest. Situated along a rarely frequented path, it offers an ideal starting point for breathtaking hikes and is conveniently located near three rivers. The loft is fully furnished and includes a kitchen area with a fridge, electric hob, and multifunction oven. The sleeping area features a luxurious 180 bed with a stunning mountain view, while the lounge area offers a comfortable sofa and satellite TV for your entertainment. The shower room is accompanied by a separate WC for added convenience.
Just two minutes away, at an altitude of 550m, you will find the charming village of Saint Martin de Valamas, nestled in the picturesque Jewel Valley. This village boasts all the necessary amenities and shops, including bars, tobacco shops, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, and a pharmacy.
