Located halfway between the D-Day landing beaches, Bayeux, and the famous Mont-Saint-Michel, Joug d'Antan is the perfect place to explore and unwind in Normandy.On the ground floor, you will find the original charm of exposed beams and stone walls in the open plan lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofa or armchairs while enjoying British and French channels on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area includes a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and fridge/freezer.
The first top floor features a cozy and spacious en-suite double bedroom with a shower, wash basin, and toilet. There is also a large family bedroom with two full-sized single beds that can be joined if preferred. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower above, wash basin, and toilet. Additionally, there is an adjoining bedroom with two single beds.
Enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the countryside from the south-facing property. The 1/2 acre enclosed garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a parasol.
Just 900 yards away, you will find the lively village of Percy with its bakers, butcher, bar-cafés, restaurants, pubs, banks, tourist information, post office, doctors, and chemist. The main tourist towns and sandy beaches, such as Avranches, Granville, Bréhal, Coutances, and St-Lo, are easily accessible within a 25-minute drive.

Directions
To get to Percy center from Caen, take Motorway A84 towards Rennes/Mt-St-Michel and exit at Nr 38. Continue straight for 9km until you reach Percy center.
If you are coming from Cherbourg, drive towards Carentan and St-Lo, and then head to Villedieu les Poêles (D999) until you reach Percy center.
Once you are in Percy center, follow the signs towards Hambye (D58). After traveling 900 yards, you will see a yellow board on the left side of the road indicating "Gite Joug d'Antan."
