The garden is equipped with comfortable furniture, a barbecue, and a deckchair.Inside, the apartment-house features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom, and a separate WC. There are two bedrooms available, one with a king-size bed and the other with single beds. Upon request, a cot and a baby chair can be provided.
Conveniently located just 100m away from the center and the marina, all necessary shops, restaurants, creperies, and bars are easily accessible. The beautiful beaches are also within close proximity.
In the surrounding area, there are various attractions worth visiting, such as the Sillon de Talbert, the island of Bréhat, Paimpol with its magnificent cliffs, Perros-Guirec with its stunning pink granite coast, and the GR34 trail, perfect for hiking enthusiasts. Moreover, all these attractions can be conveniently reached on foot from the gîte.

To reach Lézardrieux by road, simply follow the designated route. If you prefer to travel by train, the nearest SNCF station is located in Paimpol, just a 5-minute car ride away. Alternatively, if you choose to fly, you can access the destination through either the St Brieuc or Lannion airports, both of which are approximately a 30-minute car journey from Lézardrieux.
