Location: Situated on the roadside in the village of BUN, this charming house is conveniently positioned between the school and the church.Description: The ground floor of the house features an entrance, a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Amenities such as a freezer, cumulus, and washing machine are also provided. The living room is equipped with a kitchen, oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, microwave, fireplace, TV, armchairs, and a sofa.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms, with one bedroom having two single beds, another with a 120cm bed, and the third with a double bed measuring 140cm and an additional 70cm bed. Each bedroom has a door that leads to an exterior gallery overlooking the field with trees and a lawn.
The third level consists of two spacious attic rooms, both furnished with a 140cm bed and one of the rooms also has a cot. There is also a separate toilet on this level.
The house is equipped with electric heating and is well-insulated. It features a barbecue and garden furniture, all situated within a completely fenced grassy field with trees spanning 900m2. The lodge offers a comfortable and independent stay, providing all necessary amenities.
The property is conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant, ensuring easy access to daily essentials.
Leisure Discoveries: During your stay, you will find yourself at the gateway to Spain and the Pyrenees National Park West. With over 200km of marked hiking trails, Val d'Azun is surrounded by breathtaking mountains, including the Pic du Midi Arrens and Balaïtous, reaching a height of 3144m.
