Description:This spacious room of 20 m2 is located on the ground floor of the owner's house. Situated in a peaceful residential area, it offers a completely independent entrance and a private terrace with a beautiful garden. Guests can also enjoy the garden and there is convenient parking available right in front of the house. The room features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and an additional folding bed (90 cm) or baby cot can be provided upon request.
There is also a small office area with a toilet for added convenience. Amenities include freeview TV, WIFI internet access, and complimentary linen and towels. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast served in the room or on the terrace.
Other amenities include internet access, heating, and a color TV. The Montrabé train station is nearby, as well as the metro, bus, and tram station at Balma-Gramont.
Prices for 2013 are as follows: 58 euros per night for one person, 68 euros for two people, and 74 euros for two adults and one child. Payment can be made by check or in cash.
