This description is for a vacation rental located in a quiet residential area within an urban setting. The rental is situated next to the owners' house. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room that includes a lounge area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin and a laundry room. Moving up to the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Additionally, there is a mezzanine area with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for one person. The bathroom on this floor includes a toilet. The rental offers WIFI internet connection for guests. The living room opens up to a private outdoor area of 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. Two parking spaces are available, with one located in front of the rental and the other in the owners' courtyard, who reside next door. Guests also have access to the owners' heated swimming pool, located on their property and facing the terrace of their house. The pool can be used between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm and is shared with the owners. The rental price includes all amenities such as sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Please note that the pool is open from May to September. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
