Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to Chambres et Table d'Hôtes "Domaine Le Chec", where we invite you to experience the charm and character of our three high-quality guest rooms. Situated on the border of the Gers and the Hautes-Pyrénées, and conveniently located near Trie-sur-Baïse and Castelnau Magnoac, our old farmhouse, built in the early twentieth century, exudes warmth and hospitality.

Inside the house, you will find a large sitting room with an inviting open fire, beautiful wooden floors, and oak beams, as well as a cozy dining area. The house remains cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Upstairs, you will discover three spacious bedrooms tastefully decorated with their own unique style. Each double room boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom, offering both comfort and style.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in our dining room, or, during the warmer months, on our terrace or covered summer kitchen. We happily welcome dogs, and complimentary wifi is available throughout the property. Our expansive 2.5-acre garden offers stunning views of the Gers valleys and the Pyrenees mountains, allowing you to relax and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

Chambres et Table d'Hôtes "Domaine Le Chec" is conveniently located within a two and a half-hour drive from the Mediterranean's golden, sun-drenched beaches, and just two hours away from the Atlantic coast and popular resorts like Biarritz and St. Jean-de-Luz. Additionally, we are less than an hour from the Spanish border and the picturesque Pyrenees mountains, perfect for skiing and outdoor activities. Whether you prefer long walks, cycling, or even paragliding, there are endless possibilities for an active stay.

Of course, we mustn't forget the gastronomical delights of the region. The Gers is renowned for its duck, foie gras, and porc noir, while the vineyards of Madiran produce exceptional wines. We are delighted to share these culinary treasures with our guests, and every evening, we invite you to join us at our guest table for a delectable four-course dinner featuring fresh, seasonal products from our region, accompanied by a selection of local wines.

We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet you and provide you with an unforgettable stay.

Warm regards,

Ron & Jo Rooding
