The spacious room features a large sofa bed for two, along with a 26m² living area equipped with a dining space and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Stay connected with our internet and wifi capabilities, ensuring a seamless experience during your stay. Parking is hassle-free right outside the house. Our convenient location (as shown in photo A) allows for easy exploration of the region or a stress-free commute to the University Hospital, just 1.3km away or 2 tram stops at Pellegrin. Situated on the new direct access route (Avenue F. Mitterrand) between the ring and boulevards, we are just 8km from the airport and 5km from the historic center of Bordeaux, the quays. Utilize the nearby tram stop, only 250 meters away, to effortlessly reach the heart of Bordeaux and its various attractions, freeing you from the burdens of traffic and parking. For those looking to further explore the region, we offer the opportunity to organize tours and tastings at renowned Bordeaux chateaus, including the Great Classified Growths. Additionally, take a scenic 45-minute drive to the beautiful basin of Arcachon, where you can enjoy a boat ride and indulge in big game fishing in the basin's passes (available from June to November). To enhance your stay, indulge in a delectable full French breakfast for an additional fee of 6€ per person per day. Séjour très agréable, un havre de paix en ville en pleine verdure, à proximité du tram et des commerces. Maison indépendante moderne avec toutes commodités.
