I have a lovely cozy cottage available for rent in a picturesque hamlet located in Roussac, a town just 30 minutes away from Limoges and 15 minutes from Bellac. It is conveniently close to Lac de St Pardoux, where you can enjoy beaches, water sports, and a country market.This cottage has recently been restored to maintain its authenticity and charm. It offers a private terrace, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen that opens up to the garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and two beautifully decorated bedrooms.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, plus a toddler, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Surrounded by numerous paths, you can explore the countryside on foot or by bike.
The cottage is available for rent throughout the year, with dates to be agreed upon with the owners who live next door. You can rent it for a week or for a weekend.
As for the pricing, we offer the following options:
- July/August: €300 per week
- Other months: €250 per week
- Year-round: €45 per night for two people, including a small breakfast.
