We invite you to stay at our bed and breakfast located approximately 1 km from the center of Biarritz (Clémenceau square) and the beautiful beach.The room is about 13m2 and includes a cupboard for your personal belongings. You will also have access to a nearby lounge (20m2) with a TV (Canal+).
The spacious shower room (13m2) features an Italian-style shower with massage jets, a sauna, and a massage armchair. The toilet is separate.
Enjoy internet with WIFI connection and if needed, we can provide a printer for your document printing needs. There is also a coffee and tea corner for your convenience.
Our swimming pool is heated from May 1st until October 30th and offers a current swimming feature as well as a jacuzzi corner for relaxation.
There are shops nearby and within a 15-minute walk, you will reach the city center where you can find beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and the picturesque market of Biarritz.
We are located 1.5 km from the "phare" golf course and less than 1 km from the Aguillera stadium where you can find tennis facilities.
Bus stops are close by and our location allows for easy access to the city center and its lively atmosphere, as well as quick access to nearby areas such as Bayonne and Anglet.
We are just 5 minutes away from the train station, airport, and highway. Spain is also easily accessible.
Parking is available in front of the house.
If needed, we can provide a washing machine for your use during your stay, with an additional fee. Ironing can be done by yourself.
We have a separate entrance for guests and offer a welcome gift for stays of 3 nights or longer. Prices vary according to the season and tourist tax is not included.
Your hosts, Dominique and Philippe, will be available to provide recommendations for outings, restaurants, golf, and other activities in the region, ensuring that your stay is as pleasant and family-friendly as possible.
Please note that we do not accept animals as we have a young Labrador who does not have access to the floor where your room is located.
