This holiday home is located on the tranquil Ile de la Barthelasse, just a 3-minute drive from the bustling center of Avignon and its famous festival.The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining lounge with a fireplace, a convenient WC, and a cellar.
On the upper level, you will find two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (140 cm), and another bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets.
Outside, you can relax in the lovely flower garden, which includes a deck, garden furniture, and a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor meals.
Additional amenities and services are available upon request, such as towel rental for €10 per person, bed linen rental for €15 per bed, and a final cleaning service for €50.
Please note that this holiday home is adjoined to the owners' residence, ensuring assistance and local knowledge are readily available if needed.
