This apartment has undergone a complete renovation, with great respect for traditions, a keen sense of aesthetics, and a strong focus on comfort. It is located on the first floor of a beautiful, typically Gascon building that was once the stables of a castle.

The apartment offers stunning views of the pool, fields, and woods, which become particularly enchanting during sunset, with vibrant colors and a sense of emotion.

Covering an area of 80 m², the apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people. It features a balcony with direct access, a room with a double bed (160x200), and another room with two beds (90x200). The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and a heated towel rail, while a separate WC provides convenience.

The spacious and luminous living room consists of a dining area, a lounge area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge area offers comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, TV, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, as well as dish towels, dishes, and utensils.
