Welcome to Maxime's House, a fully equipped accommodation perfect for family holidays. This house can accommodate up to 5 people, including babies and children. With 2 bedrooms and a shared use 11x5m swimming pool with only 2 other people, you'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.Maxime's House is semi-detached with Sarah's house, but it is completely independent. It offers a large quiet private terrace with garden furniture, overlooking a beautiful mélia tree. Inside, you'll find amenities such as an 82 cm LCD TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooker. Ironing facilities are also provided. The bathroom includes a bath and one washbasin, with a separate toilet on the ground floor and a toilet in the bathroom on the first floor.
Arrivals are expected between 5 and 7 P.M., and the shared use swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. You'll also have access to a large 3000 m2 garden.
Please note that Maxime's House is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 1 week. The bedding consists of a 160X200 bed on the ground floor and 3 beds of 90X190 on the first floor.
The owners live on the property in a separate house and are available to assist you during your stay.

House 1 is a spacious gite measuring 75 m2, perfect for accommodating up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, including a comfortable 160X200 bed in one room and three cozy 90X190 beds in the other.When you choose to stay at House 1, you don't have to worry about bringing your own household linen as it is included in the rental.
Here are the available dates and rates for your convenience:
- From 02/07/2022 to 16/07/2022: The nightly rate is 230 with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- From 16/07/2022 to 19/07/2022: This period is already occupied.
- From 19/07/2022 to 23/07/2022: The nightly rate is 230 with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- From 23/07/2022 to 07/09/2022: This period is already occupied.
- From 07/09/2022 to 01/10/2022: The nightly rate is 200 with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
A refundable breakage deposit of 500 is required upon arrival. We kindly request that you leave the house clean before your departure. Alternatively, if you prefer, there is a final cleaning option available for an additional fee of 100.
