This charming traditional farmhouse, located in a peaceful village in the beautiful Dordogne region, is the perfect choice for you and your family. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 babies, ensuring a pleasant and spacious stay. With no neighbors in sight, you can enjoy your privacy to the fullest.
Internal Description:
The farmhouse features a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4 burner gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster, multi-function robot, electric mixer, electric knife, crockery, and various kitchen utensils. It also includes a cozy living room with a sofa, armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player, radio, dining table with 6 chairs, and a highchair. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable 140 x 90 beds, wardrobes, and baby beds (1 bar and 1 umbrella bed available upon request). The bathroom offers a washbasin, shower, and heated towel rack, while a separate toilet is also available. Additional amenities include electric radiators for heating, ironing equipment, and various baby equipment such as high chairs, booster chairs, plastic tub, and toilet gear.

Outside, you will find a private parking area, garden furniture, a parasol, and a stone barbecue, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Services:
Linen, including bed sheets, towels, washcloths, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, and napkins, can be provided upon request for a fee of 10 per room per stay.
Local Activities:
Within 1 km of the farmhouse, you can find a bar-tabac, bakery, car garage, library, multimedia center, point position, tennis court, petanque area, fishing pond, hiking trails, ostrich and duck feeding visits, and Thursday evening tastings of farm products at the Chapelle Saint Jean de la Lande with pilgrimage every June 24. Within a 10 km radius, you can enjoy activities such as canoeing, kayaking, shopping, horseback riding, swimming, visiting the cinema, dining at restaurants, and accessing various healthcare facilities.
Don't miss the local markets, taking place on different days of the week in nearby towns such as Tocane St. Apre, Lisle, La Tour Blanche, St. Astier, and Ribérac. There are also several attractions worth visiting, including the Etang de La Jemaye, Brantome - also known as "the Venice of the Perigord" - with its abbey, Villars Cave with its paintings and crystallizations, Aubeterre - one of the most beautiful villages in France - and its monolithic church, Périgueux with its Gallo-Roman heritage and charming old town, and Bourdeilles with its impressive castle.
A little history:
The Périgord region is divided into four colors: white, representing the stone; black, representing the truffle; purple, representing wine; and green, representing the forest.
Price and Booking Information:
The farmhouse can be rented for 40 per day or 14 hours until the next morning at 10 hours, regardless of the number of people. A deposit of 150 is required, which will be refunded upon your departure if the property is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. To secure your reservation, a reservation fee of 40 is requested. Please note that pets are not allowed.
