The refurbishment of this historic manor house, originally built in the 17th and 19th centuries, has resulted in the creation of five exquisite and charming bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The interior of the Manor House is adorned with a delightful blend of antiques, vintage treasures, and captivating artworks sourced from various corners of the globe. Additionally, one of the former carriage houses from the 19th century has been transformed into a breathtaking pool area, providing a splendid retreat that remains comfortably heated from May through September. Formidable! Les propiétaires sont très accueillants, le dîner était merveilleux tant pour le goût que pour l'esprit: devant la grande cheminée de la salle à manger... La chambre aussi jolie qu'elle paraissait l'être sur la photo, le charme en plus de voir tomber la neige par la fenêtre en prenant un bain! Petit déjeuner copieux avec du pain encore chaud... Parfait!!! C'est à 10 minutes du centre ville de Vichy, nous avons même hésité à ressortir pour notre spectacle tant on était bien! Je les recommande vivement!
Week end
Un endroit absolument merveilleux. Petit coin de paradis a 5 min de Vichy avec une vue splendide sur la campagne. L'atmosphere est vraiment relaxante et les propriétaires vous acceuillent avec un grand sourire!!! Si vous voulez vous vider la tête je vous conseille cet endroit!
Directions
Take Exit N° 12 on the A 71 motorway and head towards Vichy on D 2209. Once in the town of Cognat-Lyonne, make a left turn towards Espinasse-Vozelle. In Espinasse, continue in the direction of VENDAT. After passing the school, take the first right onto Puy Grenier/Les Thevenins. Keep going until you leave the village, and approximately 1 km later, at the start of a small forest, you will find our road on the left: CHEMIN DES THEVENETS.
