Gite Description:This cozy cottage is located at 21 Recreation Camp "ERIN" in Erdeven, with a beautiful garden measuring 250 m2. The cottage features a terrace/balcony and has parking/garage space available. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation offers a total area of 35 m2 on the ground floor and an additional 28 m2 on the mezzanine level. It is situated on a closed ground of 250 m2, just 500m away from the beach via the dunes of Kerhillio. It is conveniently located near Carnac and Quiberon.
The cottage is equipped with a terrace, barbecue, television, and microwave. Pets are allowed. The kitchen includes a gas cooker with oven, a fridge (220L) with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cooker hood, complete kitchen utensils, and a service of china for 12 people. It also has a dining table with 6 chairs, a vacuum cleaner, and an iron.
The living/dining room is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a buffet. A color TV (53cm) is also provided for entertainment.
All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, headboards, wardrobes, and bedside cabinets. The beds come with mattresses, two pillows, duvets, mattress covers, and pillow protectors.
The shower/bathroom includes a washbasin, shower, and toilet. Heating is provided through electric devices.
Additional amenities include a sink in the garden for outdoor convenience and a table for 6 people on the deck of the cottage. There is also a built-in barbecue, as well as a table and 6 chairs on the patio made of pavers. A parasol is available for shade.
