Description for B&B:
Dear guests,Welcome to La Parenthèse, a unique creation born from our imagination and hard work. As natives of Bayonne, we have taken it upon ourselves to showcase the beauty of our region by inviting you to experience it alongside us.
Our house is a beautifully restored 18th-century labourdine farm. While renovating, we made sure to preserve its original charm by keeping the stone walls and exposed beams, while seamlessly integrating modern materials. The result is a home that reflects our own simple and authentic way of life.
Originally, this place was our family home where our children grew up, before they embarked on their own journeys. With three children and three horses, their absence is now filled with the joy of our equine companions, who happily reside in this preserved environment. Today, our home has transformed into a haven for our guests - a space where we can share our lives, filled with vibrancy, but also a sanctuary for relaxation, tranquility, and inner peace.
From the terraces of our property, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the ever-changing Pyrenees. If weather permits, breakfast will be served outdoors, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the surrounding natural beauty. Additionally, a sheltered jacuzzi overlooking the mountains is at your disposal all year round, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment. To ensure that your breakfast experience is tailored to your preferences, we will communicate with you prior to your arrival.
We look forward to welcoming you to La Parenthèse and sharing this extraordinary experience with you.
Best regards,
