My husband, a nurse, and I, a heavy vehicle driver, embarked on an exciting project to renovate a 1929 mansion and transform it into a stunning bed and breakfast. Our aim was to bring modern comforts to this historic beauty and create a serene getaway in the heart of Livradois Forez in Auvergne. As part of our vision, we have created two guest rooms, eight campsites, a charming treehouse, and two cozy chalets nestled within the lush forest.

Our property is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped park spanning 6,400 m², offering a tranquil and rejuvenating environment amidst the picturesque Thiers mountains. Situated just 10 km away from Thiers, renowned as the capital of cutlery, and within a convenient distance of 50 km from Clermont-Ferrand and Vichy, our guests have the opportunity to explore and experience the wonders of our remarkable region.

We have lovingly named our home "E lu chantauziau," which translates to "birdsong" in the local Auvergnat dialect. The park is blessed with natural springs and attracts a variety of wildlife, often making delightful visits to our property. We also have our own beloved pets, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

To enhance your stay, we provide a library, a collection of board games, a charming henhouse, a flourishing garden, and numerous spaces for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. We extend a warm invitation to your four-legged companions as well, as they are more than welcome in our establishment.
