Excellent service provided by the independent owner of a nearby house. This ground floor cottage is perfect for two adults and does not allow pets. It offers new air conditioning, a PC with ADSL internet, DVDs, and music. The cottage is very peaceful and includes one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, a TV lounge, a kitchen, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. Outside, there is a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a veranda with a wicker lounge. The cottage also has a garden and a shared swimming pool (8x4m, 1.50m deep) with the owners. Parking space is available on-site. The cottage is conveniently located just 200 meters from all shops. St Martin de Crau is a charming Provencal village surrounded by many tourist attractions such as Les Baux de Provence, Saint Remy de Provence, the Luberon, Arles, and the Camargue. The sea is also only 35km away. The cottage is situated in a quiet residential area, fully equipped with a lounge and open kitchen. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue, overlooking the tiled pool. The property features olive trees, grass, and areas for swimming and sunbathing. It also has automatic watering and a private parking area with a security gate. Bed sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made for your arrival. Refreshments are also available.
