The Clôt de Roques estate is located in the picturesque Lot Valley in the South-West region of France. Situated near the charming village of Casseneuil and the historic Bastide of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, the estate is surrounded by the scenic peninsula formed by the convergence of the Sône, Lède, and Lot rivers. With its collection of 15th century houses, a church classified as a Historic Monument, and a vibrant green lane, the area is steeped in history and natural beauty.The estate itself spans 8 hectares and is surrounded by lush fields and orchards. Here, horses and ponies graze peacefully, adding to the idyllic atmosphere. Behind the farmhouse, you will find four comfortable gites, each offering a unique capacity and ensuring privacy as they are not situated facing each other. Guests staying in these gites have exclusive access to the enclosed aquatic area, which features two swimming pools. One of the pools is heated, providing a pleasant swimming experience regardless of the weather, while the other pool includes a balneo space for relaxation. Both pools are open from April to September.
The gites range in size from 40 to 75 square meters, offering ample space for guests to unwind and enjoy their stay. Additionally, the estate provides various recreational amenities for guests to enjoy. In the shade of the surrounding trees, you will find swings, a ping-pong table, a bowling alley, a volleyball and badminton court, as well as a soccer field. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll through the orchards, a refreshing swim in the pool, or an active game of volleyball, there is something for everyone to enjoy at Clôt de Roques.
