We have two air-conditioned studios available for rent, each approximately 26m2 and suitable for 2 people. Located on the first floor, each studio features a comfortable terrace and a spacious room with French windows overlooking the terrace and pool. The room is equipped with a bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m, along with a dining area containing a table and chairs. Additionally, each studio includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge freezer, and hob, as well as a shower, washbasin with vanity unit, and a separate WC.For stays between July 13th and August 23rd, as well as in December, the weekly rate is €590. In April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is €490, and from October to March, it is €460. Overnight stays are available for a minimum of 3 nights, with prices ranging from €68 to €120, except for July and August when only weekly rentals are offered. All charges are included in the prices.
We also have a ground floor flat, T2, which is approximately 40m2 and includes a garden. This flat can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m, as well as a separate bedroom with a bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m. The flat also features a shower room with a window and a separate water closet with a window. This flat is fully equipped with modern conveniences.
The weekly rates for the flat are as follows: €390 from October to April, €595 from May to June 12th, €695 from July 13th to August 23rd and from August 24th to August 30th, and €595 in September. Outside the flat, there is a table and chairs for your enjoyment.
Additional amenities include WIFI, parking, and access to the swimming pool from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Linen is available for an extra fee of €20 per week for sheets and pillowcases, and €8 for towels. For long-term rentals or stays of multiple weeks (minimum 3 weeks), lower rates are available. A deposit of 30% is required, with a minimum deposit of €170 and a cleaning fee of €35. City taxes of €0.83 per person per day apply.

A quelques pas de la mer, vous tomberez sous le charme de cette ravissante villa tenue impeccablement par ses propriétaires. L accueil et le confort méritent d être notés. Très agréable séjour.
magnifiques chambres d'hôtes
Villa au calme et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, les délicieux petits déjeuners (avec confitures maison !), le confort de la chambre, l'équipement de la cuisine (tout a été prévu pour le confort des vacanciers !), et le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre nos repas.

If you are coming from Bandol Sanary-sur-Mer and Six-Fours, follow the road along the sea. At the last roundabout, continue straight ahead towards Coudouliere, the Park of the Mediterranean, or the Brusc.
When you reach Mount Corniche Solviou, you will see the sea on your right and a large wall on your left. On the top left, there is a row of palm trees. Look for a sign that says "Residence of Cap dOr" on the wall of a small building. Turn left at this point and continue down the road until you reach the end. Be cautious of speed bumps along the way.
Once you pass the fourth and final speed bump, you will see a sign that says "Astérie private property" on your left. The gate to the property (house N°12) will be partially open. There is a bell on the left pillar that you can ring to inform us of your arrival.
After putting your bags in your room, you can park your car around the villa. If you have a GPS, enter "Astérie" as the destination.
