The street is lined with stunning early twentieth-century mansions, and our guesthouse is one of the two houses with semi-detached doors. Built in 1901, it has a charming bourgeois appearance, complete with oeil-de-boeuf windows in the attic.

Located in the heart of Calais center, our guesthouse is in the axis of Calais-Nord, connected by the vibrant rue Royale. Just a 16-minute walk away, you'll find the lively Place d'Armes, bustling with restaurants and shops. Explore the area on foot and discover all of Calais' attractions, including the theater (1 min), the market on Place Crève-Coeur (9 min), the town hall with its impressive belfry (12 min), and even the beach and the dragon (34 min).

For those arriving by train, we are conveniently close to three train stations, all within a 15-minute drive. The Calais-Fréthun train station, which serves the Eurostar and TGV, is only 7.5 km away (13 min by car). Additionally, the Calais-Ville train station and the Fontinettes train station are both within a comfortable walking distance of 12 minutes (5 min by car).

If you're interested in exploring the city by bike, the VÉLIN bike share program is just a 2-minute walk from our guesthouse, next to the theater. And for those relying on public transportation, you'll be pleased to know that the bus station is conveniently located right in front of our guesthouse. Take advantage of the free Calais buses during your stay!

Your hosts, Nathalie, Laurent, their daughters, and their four cats, will warmly welcome you with a smile. Upon your arrival, they will offer you a refreshing or hot drink.
