Description for Gite
This charming independent gite is located within a family property in the village of Sigogne, known for its prestigious vineyards in the heart of the cognac fins bois region. The village square is home to a magnificent church bell tower, adding to the picturesque atmosphere.On the first floor, you will find a cozy living room with a corner kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a separate toilet, and a shower room.
The second floor features two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and another with two single beds (90cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet on this floor. The gite offers a terrace and a garden for outdoor relaxation, as well as private parking for vehicles. Additionally, guests have access to a private pool, which is not supervised but shared with the owners.
During high season and very high season, the rental rates include all charges. For other seasons, the rates include 8 kWh of electricity, unlimited domestic water, and gas for the cooker.
Please note that unless otherwise specified in the contract, the rental period is for one week, with arrivals on Saturdays after 4 pm and departures on the following Saturdays before 10 am.
The gite is equipped with gas central heating for comfort during colder months. Inside, you will find amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, television, and DVD player. To go from Jarnac to Rouillac, follow these travel directions:
1. As you enter Sigogne, take a right turn towards Foussignac.
2. Keep going and then turn left onto Rue de l'Ancienne Gare. This is the last left turn before leaving the village.
3. Follow the road to the left onto Rue des Ecoles, while keeping in mind the one-way system around the houses.
4. Take the second alley on the right, and look for the sign indicating Gites de France.
