Our house is centrally located in a peaceful residential area of the village, offering easy access to shops and expressways for convenient exploration of the historical and tourist sites in Normandy. It is an ideal location.Situated just 7 km from downtown Caen and 6 km from the exhibition center, we provide a separate apartment on the ground floor of our house. This apartment, which used to be the village pharmacy, has undergone recent renovations.
The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people, featuring an independent kitchen with all necessary utensils, a dining room, a flat screen TV with TNT channels, a DVD player, a radio, a CD mini-chain, a washing machine, a library, board games, and high-quality WiFi internet access. Additionally, there is a storage space and an electric adapter for all countries.
The bedroom, located partially underground, offers a comfortable and peaceful sleep with a large bed (160x200) and modern bedding. It also includes a wardrobe, storage space, and two bedside tables with lamps. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) for two people. The bathroom consists of a spacious shower, sink, storage, and a separate toilet. There is also a second separate toilet available.
Outside, guests can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. We provide secure closed parking for your convenience.
There are various shops within a two-minute walk, including supermarkets located 2 and 3 km away. The sea is easily accessible via the nearby expressway, just 18 km away.
Within a radius of 50 km, there are numerous tourist sites to explore, such as the landing beaches, Arromanches, Bayeux, Omaha-Beach, Caen, Ouistreham, Courseulles, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint-Michel, Étretat, Pays d Auge, Suisse Normande, Sainte-Mère-Eglise, Cotentin, and The Hague. Activities such as swimming, water sports, bungee jumping, amusement parks, zoos, forests, bowling, and cultural museums are all within reach.
Please note that the minimum rental period is 3 nights, except during school holidays and mid-week stays. Rentals do not have to be from Saturday to Saturday, unless during school holidays. Discounts are available for stays of two consecutive weeks.
Long stays are possible during the low season.
We also offer the option to rent linen for both the bathroom and the house. Please inquire for specific rates based on the number of people.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

Our charming gîte was originally the village pharmacy until the late 1980s. It can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The villa features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a dining area, and a comfortable sofa bed with a 135x200 mattress. Amenities include a wardrobe, TV, DVD player, mini-stereo, wireless internet access, and a selection of games and books for entertainment. The bedroom offers a spacious 160x200 bed and a wardrobe for storage. The bathroom includes a large shower, sink, and ample storage space. Separate toilet facilities are also available. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture, chairs, and a charcoal barbecue for enjoyable outdoor dining. Private parking is provided for your convenience.Reviews
