Description for B&B:

Introducing our brand new cottage for 2020! This lovely and cosy retreat in the heart of rural Côtes dArmor is the perfect getaway for up to 4/5 guests. With the additional option of a sofa bed, there is plenty of room for everyone. Situated on the border of Morbihan and just a 20-minute drive from the bustling medieval town of Josselin, with its impressive chateau on the Nantes-Brest Canal, this location offers both tranquility and convenience.

With very little passing traffic, you can be assured of a peaceful rest. As your hosts, we live next door and will always be there to welcome you upon arrival. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide a welcome pack and complimentary breakfast on the first morning.

The cottage itself is warm, welcoming, and comfortable, with a private garden and BBQ for you to relax in after a day of exploring beautiful Brittany. All bedding, towels, and tea towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for socializing, and the lovely wood burner adds a cozy touch (although there are other heating options available). Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy both English and French TV. Parking spaces are available on site.

Well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. For the children, we have outdoor activities such as a swing, ball games, a football table (babyfoot), and a dart board. The location is also ideal for exploring the nearby seaside resorts, including the Gulf of Morbihan, the Atlantic coast, and the wild granite coast in the north of Brittany. Inland, there are many sites to discover and numerous restaurants to enjoy.

If you're looking for some family fun, head to Aquaval in Merdrignac or the nautical base of Plémet, both just a short drive away. For an adventure-packed day, visit Kingoland in Plumelin. Don't miss the Abbaye of Notre Dame de Trimadeuc in Bréhan or the Abbaye de Bon Repos in St Gelven, both highly recommended attractions. During the summer months, you can cool off at the open-air swimming pool in la Chèze, just a 15-minute drive away, where you can have a blast on the water slide and soak up the sun. There is also a nearby equestrian center in St Barnabé for pony and horse rides, open all year round.

If you prefer not to drive to the coast, there is a lake just a short drive away, offering a man-made beach and water sports. With so much to see and do, this beautiful place is not to be missed.
