The double opening French windows lead out to a patio area and a large, enclosed garden with a luscious lawn. The living area is well-furnished with an extendable dining table and chairs, a 3-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, and a wicker chair. Entertainment amenities include a CD Radio Cassette player, a television with both French and English stations, a Video DVD player, and a selection of DVDs. The tiled floor is adorned with throw rugs.

The well-equipped kitchen features a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a chest freezer in the garage. It also has a breakfast table with stools and is conveniently located to the left of the entrance hall, opposite the double glazed doors to the living room. A large window overlooks the parking area and front garden. The kitchen floor is tiled.
