Directions
If traveling from France, take the Blanche motorway (A40) towards Annemasse. Continue on to Thonon les Bains and then follow the Abondance valley until you reach Châtel. The distance from Thonon is approximately 40km.
If traveling from Switzerland, you can either start from Bâle and go through Bern and Vevey, or start from Genève or Lausane. Take the motorway towards Martigny and exit at Monthey. From there, head towards pas de morgin and you will reach Châtel, which is a village located right at the border.
