THE BUIS is situated in the western suburbs of Paris, in close proximity to Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. This enchanting location spans across a stunning 7000 m2 park, featuring a forest area with ancient trees, meticulously maintained boxwood balls, topiaries, and paths adorned with fruit trees. A tranquil river winds its way through the trees, nourished by a cascading waterfall. A grand pool, adorned with a statue, and a greenhouse suspended with grapevines add to the allure of this place. We invite you to discover the magic of this extraordinary setting.

In addition to the breathtaking surroundings, THE BUIS offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautiful pool, indulge in a game of tennis on the clay courts, test your skills at the petanque bowling alley, or simply relax in the spacious paved courtyard. A children's garden and a charming old barn complete the romantic ambiance, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

Our rates include a delightful French breakfast, access to the pool along with pillows and towels, weather-permitting use of the clay tennis courts, access to the golf balls, and the freedom to explore the park, forest, and all its hidden corners. Additionally, during certain times of the year, we offer access to the winter pool and various fairs.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is required before 11:00 AM. To secure your reservation, we kindly request a 50% deposit upon booking, which can be made in cash or through a transfer.

We provide three unique rental options for our guests:

- THE LOFT: Accessed through a private staircase, this spacious 160 m2 area accommodates 1-4 guests and includes 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds that can be combined), a large living room with a television, a bathroom, and a toilet. The charming flooring is made of warm wood, seagrass, and tiles, complemented by a television.

- The WHITE ROOM: Located on the first floor, this room offers a comfortable bed (160) and comes with a private bathroom, toilet, and television.

- The HOUSE: An independent accommodation featuring 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds that can be combined), a cozy lounge with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and television.

The overall atmosphere of THE BUIS exudes warmth, with natural materials and a color palette inspired by moles, beige, and wood.

For your convenience, parking is available in the courtyard of the town hall, where you can safely park your car or luxury collection.
