Located on the outskirts of the regional park of the Vosges balloons, within the Plateaux district in the Mines region of Haute Saone, lies a remarkable property. Situated at the highest point of the town, this tranquil and serene location offers the perfect escape. Spread across three hectares, this independent farmhouse provides all the necessary comforts for an enjoyable experience amidst the untouched wilderness and lush greenery. Depending on the weather, you can partake in invigorating hikes, indulge in water activities, or explore the stunning attractions of the region. During snowy periods, nearby ski resorts such as Ballon d'Alsace, board of Beautiful Girls, and La Bresse offer exciting downhill and cross-country skiing opportunities. If relaxation is what you seek, unwind in the cozy lounge near the crackling fire or on the expansive terrace that overlooks the natural pond, serenaded by the gentle flow of the stream. This charming farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful natural surroundings, just 1.5 km away from the town. Situated on a hilltop, it offers breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The property features an outdoor pool, which is open from 15/05 to 15/09 (subject to seasonal changes).

The farmhouse comprises of a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood stove, a spacious lounge area with a fireplace and a corner bar, as well as a convenient ground floor entrance and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find one bedroom with a double bed, two interconnected bedrooms with a combination of double and single beds, and a mezzanine area with a table football game.

The property also boasts a raised garden with a charming pond, although please note that the garden is not fenced. A garage is available for your convenience. The farmhouse is heated by a central wood/electric heating system.

This lovely village is located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Ballons des Vosges, offering ample opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. Just 4 km away, you can find a swimming area at Ballastières in Champagney, while a ski resort is located 7 km away at the snow stage of the board of Beautiful Girls (1148 m).

The farmhouse is equipped with various amenities, including a terrace, detached accommodation, a garden, a TV, a pool, a barbecue, a microwave, parking facilities, and the option to rent linen and use a washing machine.
