Description for B&B:
We offer four guest rooms available for rent throughout the year in a charming farmhouse that has been renovated and expanded. The property is situated on 6000m2 of beautifully landscaped land with a heated outdoor pool (operational from April to September) measuring 8x4 meters.Each room has its own private entrance and parking space within the enclosed grounds. Additionally, we have a spacious 40m2 games room that features a pool table, pinball machine, comfortable seating area, and a designated space for children to play with board games. This room is perfect for relaxation and socializing.
For those who enjoy staying active, we have a gym with stunning views of the pool and garden. The gym is equipped with an elliptical bike, rowing machine, and treadmill.
Outside, guests can partake in activities such as bowling and table tennis, or simply relax and soak up the sun. We also provide new bicycles for guests of all ages to borrow.
Our property features four unique bedrooms:
1. The Bridal Room (37m2) exudes a romantic atmosphere and includes a 160-bed, comfortable seating, a desk, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is open to the room and features a claw foot bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rack, and a separate enclosed toilet. A hair dryer is provided, and the room is air conditioned.
2. The Mezza Room is a two-level, air-conditioned room. Upstairs on the mezzanine, there is a 160-bed and two armchairs. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress (140), a console, TV, and a small wardrobe. The bathroom includes a modern bathtub, a stone basin on a stand, and a suspended toilet. A hair dryer is provided. This room overlooks the pool and garden from the sofa area.
3. The Family Room is spread across two floors and is also air conditioned. Upstairs, there are three 90 beds, two of which can be combined to form a bed of 180. On the ground floor, there is a raised 160-bed, a desk, and a locker wardrobe. This room is equipped with a TV and a safe. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a basin, and a suspended toilet. A hair dryer is provided. This room and bathroom are designed to accommodate disabled guests, and it offers views of both the garden and pool.
4. The Pearl Room is decorated in fuchsia, gray, and white tones and includes a 180-bed, wardrobe, console, and TV. The bathroom boasts a large 90x130 shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. A hair dryer is provided. We also have the option of providing a baby cot or an extra bed for a child up to 10 years old.
We serve a delicious and fulfilling breakfast in the dining room, or if the weather permits, on the terrace. Additionally, guests can enjoy our authentic cuisine made with fresh produce, including fruits and vegetables from our own garden, by joining our table d'hote (reservation required). We take pride in offering simple and elegant dishes made with the finest ingredients.

We are conveniently situated just a 15-minute drive away from La Rochelle and 20 minutes from Rochefort. To reach us, simply take the N11 and exit at Vérines. Drive through the town and continue straight until you reach our village, Fontpatour. At the stone roundabout, take the indicated direction and you will find us just a few meters after the turn. Look out for a stone façade with the name "THE FOMPATOISE" displayed. Congratulations, you have arrived!
