This spacious and charming 83 m2 apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Aix en Provence's historic center. It is nestled between the beautiful Place des 3 Ormeaux, Place Richelme (Place du Marché), and Place des Prêcheurs. The apartment overlooks a tranquil square adorned with lush plane trees, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. With its two large windows, the inviting living room boasts a generous 35 m2 of space. The apartment also features an open kitchen, two sizable bedrooms (15 and 22 m2) with air conditioning, comfortable beds (Queen size and King size), and a designated office area. Additional amenities include a separate toilet and a well-appointed bathroom. The apartment is adorned with traditional Tomettes tiles throughout and offers a cozy fireplace in each room. With its high ceilings (3.20 meters), the apartment feels bright and airy. It comfortably accommodates four guests, but can also accommodate up to six guests with the use of the convertible sofa in the living room. Rates for the apartment range from 119 euros (Monday to Thursday) to 149 euros (Friday to Sunday) and include charges, bed sheets, and towels. Weekly rentals are available for 780 euros, while monthly rentals are offered for 2900 euros.
