She is known as "the Vierzou", and this place is her home. People willingly visit to enjoy roasted barley and herbal tea, and engage in pleasant conversations at the vigil. Many years and even centuries have passed since its establishment.Not too long ago, one of her great grandchildren decided to settle here and revive the legacy of "la Vierzou". Now, in the 21st century, it is still possible to find tranquility in the heart of Auvergne - a region often referred to as the "Midi du Auvergne" in tourist brochures. This village, situated 900 meters above sea level with only 30 inhabitants, offers a serene escape. The house, built in the early 1800s and renovated with environmentally friendly materials, provides a refuge away from pollution. In fact, there isn't even a television, a testament to the simplicity and purity of this place.
