This gite is perfect for a group of 4 to 5 people. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy sitting room with a dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting room features a comfortable sofa and armchair, while the dining area includes a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, gas hob, oven, and microwave.

Moving upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is an attic bedroom with three single beds, offering ample space for everyone.

Outside, there is a fenced courtyard where you can enjoy meals on the table and chairs provided, and even have a barbecue. Additionally, there is a barn on the property that houses a washing machine and an extra fridge for your convenience.

The gite also provides a designated car parking area for your vehicles. Furthermore, just beyond the owner's garden wall, you will find a magnificent 10-meter by 5-meter swimming pool. Access to this pool is through a gate, ensuring a private and enjoyable experience.

Located in the charming hamlet of Goué, this gite is situated right next to the bustling market town of MANSLE. In MANSLE, you can explore numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. There are also various organized activities available, such as canoeing, walking, archery, and many more.

Directions

To travel to Mansle from the N10 road between Ruffec and Angouleme, follow these directions:

If you are coming from the north (Ruffec), make a right turn at La Gagnarderie. On the other hand, if you are coming from the south, drive through Mansle and turn left after crossing the bridge onto the Fontenille road. After traveling for approximately 1 km, you will reach Goué. Take the first left onto a small lane, and then make the first right into the courtyard area.
