Located just 5 minutes away from the beach, downtown, and Cap d'Agde, this 100 m2 cottage offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and dining area equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as high-speed internet access. The living area opens up to a fenced terrace of 40 m2 with a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. Additionally, a convenient toilet is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three cozy bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed (160) and two with queen-size beds (140). The first floor also includes a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Private parking is available, and there is even the possibility of a garage if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided, making your stay even more convenient.

Directions
Exit the A9 motorway at exit 34 for AGDE. Take the direction towards AGDE-SETE and continue for 11 km. At the roundabout, take the exit towards Grau d'Agde. At the second roundabout, take the exit towards SAINT VINCENT. After about 800 meters, you will find the road on your left, just around the corner from the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Follow this path for approximately 400 meters.
