Description for B&B:
Welcome to Ghislaine and Eric's charming B&B, a historic presbytery that dates back to 1764. As you arrive, you will be captivated by the stone building and its picturesque dovecote, surrounded by a beautiful alley of cedar trees. Eric recently renovated this fabulous presbytery, carefully preserving its authentic Gascony charm by using old materials.Your spacious and bright room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure peaceful nights. The perfect blend of old and modern creates a cozy atmosphere, with a large 160/200 cm bed serving as a comfortable retreat. In the SUITE bedroom, there is a 160/200 cm bed for two people, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth guests, and a sofa bed for a potential fifth or sixth person. Each room has a private bathroom with a basin, shower, and WC.
We provide folding cots and high chairs upon request, and our sheets and towels are changed a minimum of two times a week. Start your day on our sunny terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast made with locally sourced products, carefully selected with love and attention.
Our guest house is nestled in a delightful setting, surrounded by a four-hectare wooded park that offers breathtaking views of the gentle Gers hills. Take a dip in our inviting swimming pool, bask in the sunlight, and unwind after a refreshing swim.
At "Arpentian," your only neighbors will be deer and squirrels frolicking in the fields of sunflowers, wheat, and rapeseed. We have preserved the authenticity of this place, complete with ancient boxwood and a majestic cedar tree over 250 years old, providing a shaded spot for relaxation.
For further relaxation, we offer a TV library lounge area. Additionally, we provide brochures highlighting a variety of entertaining activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golfing, hiking, canoeing, visiting water parks or lakes, taking boat trips, exploring wine merchants, castles, markets, and enjoying local restaurants.
