Experience the ultimate family holiday by having your own private wing in a majestic castle. This exquisite holiday house, spanning 144 m², is nestled within a wing of the castle, offering a separate and independent entrance. With 2 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates 4 people. If you require additional rooms, the second floor of the castle provides two more, allowing for a total capacity of 10 people. Feel free to inquire about the available options.

The ground floor boasts a spacious 57m² living room adorned with granite tiles and exposed beams, providing a stunning view of the moat. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, freezer, oven, electric cooking, microwave, and dishwasher.

A shared staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a private hall connecting two generously-sized rooms (1100 & 1350) side by side. Revel in the breathtaking views of the moats and vineyard from these rooms, ensuring total privacy within your dedicated portion of the castle. The master bedroom features a large double bed, with a small step up to the Castle tower where a luxurious private bathroom awaits, complete with a freestanding bath, spacious separate shower, and WC. The second bedroom also offers a luxurious adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC.

Additional features of this exceptional holiday house include a living space of 144m², a private hall connecting two magnificent rooms with panoramic dual aspect views, free WIFI, an X-box for entertainment, and the availability of baby beds upon request. Two private bathrooms are provided, one with a freestanding bath, separate shower, and WC, while the other offers a shower and WC. The accommodation comfortably caters to 4 people, with the inclusion of children up to 2 years old.

This 24m² room offers picturesque views of the moat, winery, and vineyard. Relax in the charming sitting area by the window, savoring our Château wine alongside a delectable cheese platter. A small step leads you into the tower of the Château, where an opulent private bathroom spanning 18m² awaits. Here, you'll find a luxurious free-standing bath, a generously-sized separate shower, and a WC.

Room 1350 is named after the Boux family, the initial inhabitants of the Château who resided here for 110 years. This 18m² room boasts a captivating view of the moat. Embrace the early morning tranquility from the comfort of an armchair, observing the vibrant birdlife on the water.

A security deposit of 200 is required upon arrival, refundable at the end of your stay (cash or cheque accepted). The rental includes bedlinen and basic kitchen and WC essentials. Beds will be made upon your arrival, but please bring your own towels. We kindly request that you leave the gite broom clean and ensure the proper care of the remaining amenities at the end of your stay.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Chateau, but permitted outdoors. With the exception of horses (see: take your horse to the Chateau), pets are not allowed.

To reach Château de la Preuille in Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay, France, follow these directions:

1. Start by taking the A83 highway heading south from Nantes.
2. Take the exit for D117, which will lead you towards Saint Hilaire de Loulay.
3. Once on D117, turn into Rue Les Landes de Roussais.
4. Continue onto Rue Charles Combes.
5. Next, follow the road to La Huberdière.
6. Finally, you will arrive at La Preuille, located on a street named after the castle itself.
