This expansive 19th-century Charentaise stone house is nestled between a park and a river, offering a timeless escape for individuals, couples, families, or friends.Situated in an untouched corner of nature, the Demeure du Grand Moulin boasts a 4,600 m2 wooded park, teeming with diverse species. Whether on the park or river side, guests will have the pleasure of observing wood pigeons, doves, herons, kingfishers, cuckoos, finches, robins, and blue tits. In the early morning, squirrels, roe deer, and green collars may also make their appearance, along with local cats who relish the tranquility of the park.
The accommodation at La Demeure du Grand Moulin comprises three spacious, luminous, and comfortable rooms. Each room, whether on the ground floor or upstairs, features a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. With views of the park and mesmerizing sunsets, guests are sure to have a memorable stay.
