We offer two rooms in a charming villa located in a residential area on the elevated Saint Laurent. Situated just 3 km from the city center and 4 km from the beaches, our location provides a peaceful and convenient stay. One of our rooms is air-conditioned and equipped with a mini fridge, while the other room features a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave. Both rooms come with a TV and a private bathroom. We welcome our guests as friends and serve breakfast on our lovely flowered terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool and offers a magnificent sea view. Additionally, we provide the opportunity for our guests to cook their own traditional Provencal cuisine. Our villa is conveniently positioned between Monaco and Nice, with Cannes on one side and various beautiful excursions on the other. Guests can explore the nearby mountains on foot or take a scenic drive to visit medieval villages such as Saint Paul de Vence, Cagnes, La Colle, Tourettes, and more.

Avons passé 4 nuits fin septembre au Clos des Rosiers. Tout était parfait: l'accueil chaleureux par des hôtes très sympathiques et "aux petits soins", la chambre confortable avec une très bonne literie, la salle de bains impeccable. Ajoutez à celà un bon petit déjeûner copieux, avec de bonnes confitures "maison" et vue sur la mer. La position, également, était stratégique pour nous qui avons écumé la Côte d'Azur de St Raphael à Menton. Pour tout, vraiment, je le recommande!

Arrivés à 17h sur place quel plaisir de pouvoir se détendre dans cette magnifique piscine, les Hôtes nous accueillent avec le sourire et nous mettes tout de suite à l'aise, on ce croirais presque à la maison. mais la vu nous rappelle vite que ce n'est pas cette vu extraordinaire qu'on en se réveillant dans nos montagne...
Quel plaisir de petit déjeuner avec vu sur la mer et ces délicieuses confitures maison et le reste!
La literie est confortable, le petit déjeuner complet, le cadre est très jolis, les hôtes discret, les activités accessible !
Idéal pour notre cour séjour, nous tenterons sans doute d'y revenir sur une semaine ou plus !
