On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fitted kitchen, a 140 cm sofa bed, and a TV. At the rear, there is a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for relaxation. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. If necessary, there is an additional folding bed of 90. This non-smoking accommodation does not accept animals.

The price per person is an additional 10 for more than 2 guests. There is also a tourist tax of 0.77 per night and per person, with a 1-star classification. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. A security deposit of 400 is required when taking possession of the premises.
