On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fitted kitchen, a 140 cm sofa bed, and a TV. At the rear, there is a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for relaxation. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. If necessary, there is an additional folding bed of 90. This non-smoking accommodation does not accept animals.

The detached house, named "LA BOUTIQUE", is a restored and comfortable house located in the heart of a small quiet hamlet in the countryside in the village of Meyraguet. It is only 5 minutes from Lacave and 15 minutes from Rocamadour, in the Causse du Parc Regional du Quercy and the great tourist site of the Dordogne valley. The panoramic view overlooks the cliffs that border the Dordogne river, making it an ideal location for fishermen and swimming enthusiasts (only 400 meters away). With hiking trails, GR6, fortified mills, chasms, canoeing, tree climbing, and farmers markets, there is everything needed for an unforgettable vacation.

The house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Souillac highway exit. It includes a ground floor and an upper floor, as well as an interior courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and heating for all comforts.

The price per person is an additional 10 for more than 2 guests. There is also a tourist tax of 0.77 per night and per person, with a 1-star classification. Upon reaching Souillac, Sarlat, or Brive, proceed in the direction of Cahors, Lacave, and Rocamadour. Traverse PINSAC, passing by the chateau de TREYNE. After approximately 800 meters, turn right onto the road indicated by the sign "classified church - Meyraguet". Continue straight ahead until you spot the piloris on the right, located on the facade of the wrought iron gite "LA BOUTIQUE".
