Situated on the grounds of a former rum distillery, our single-story villa boasts a 2500 m2 plot with a refreshing swimming pool and private parking. Located just 500m from the charming fishing port and the beautiful St. Felix beach, our villa is ideally positioned between Saint Anne and the gullet, close to a variety of convenient shops such as grocery stores, bakeries, pizzerias, and more, all within a 1-minute walk.Indulge in comfort and relaxation in one of our three beautifully appointed rooms, named Iguana, Calabash, and Mill. Each room features a comfortable double bed with high-quality bedding and a private bathroom. The Iguana room offers the added convenience of a private toilet and direct access to the garden and pool.
In addition to our luxurious accommodations, we also offer exhilarating plane rides and boat trips to enhance your stay. Should you require it, we can assist with arranging vehicle rentals and airport transfers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
For an unforgettable dining experience, consider joining us on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for an optional convivial dinner by the pool. For just $15 per person, enjoy a delightful meal with a complimentary aperitif (wine not included).
Upon your arrival at the villa, we will greet you with a warm welcome drink and a small snack to start your stay on a high note. Please note that all rooms and public areas are non-smoking to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.

To reach the villa from the airport, follow the signs towards Saint Anne. Upon reaching the second roundabout, take a left turn towards Bellevue. After approximately 50 meters, make a right turn onto Impasse of the Distillery. The villa is located at the end of the impasse, specifically at No. 4.
